Frank Hillman, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Pain Specialists of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. Mr. Hillman completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon. He then earned a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. Since 2007, he has been practicing pain management.
